Customers IT equipment will be regularly and professionally monitored by our engineers. On Normal basis, it will be carried out once in a month to sustain peak performance. However, our emergency service team is available on call for 24 x 7 and support will be offered on line immediately a malfunction is reported. Our engineers will move to site within 2 hours of defect report. Our client will be regularly updated on latest innovations and developments in the I.T. Industry. They will be regularly advised on the customized upgrades required to keep the business quality within the current market.
